As the 2008 season fast approaches & the dreaded “EI” seems to be behind us, lets bring everyone up to speed.

We have enclosed your 2008 membership subscription. The 2008 full subscription has been set at $550 inclusive of GST. This amount is a decrease of $25 over the 2007 subscription of $575.

The $550 is allocated as such; $350 to NSWPA per full member, the balance of your membership subscriptions shall cover affiliation & insurance. Each polo club must be affiliated and pay $1,200 to the NSWPA, plus a payment of this fee of $959.20 for insurance. This shall provide club public liability and Director's and Officers Liability Insurance.

BBPC hope that with the collection of the 2008 subscriptions we can move along on a much sounder footings for the 2008 season & any monies remaining shall be put back into the club by the payment of pro fee’s for the members.

The BBPC annual tournament shall be played on 8 - 9 March at Riverlands Polo Club near Richmond. We are very excited with our plans for this year as we shall have two grades:

Currently we have Bong Bong teams nominated in both grades for the tournament. 

Only financial members shall be entitled to participate in the tournament and that you must also have paid in time to allow your details to be provided to NSWPA.

We have also hired a band for the Saturday evening to be held at the Windsor clubhouse. This should really start the season with a bang. We will be sending out an email nearer the time with more details etc.

The 2008 Hold Harmless agreements, these are currently being prepared by the NSWPA and will be posted on our official website.
A meeting for the club shall be held by the end of February 2008 (details TBA) this will be designed to informally discuss what we would like to achieve for the upcoming season.
